Blomino — Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This single document covers both the terms on which you may use Blomino and how your data is handled. By using Blomino you agree to it.

1. Who we are

Blomino is published by Owlish Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at [email protected].

For data protection purposes, Owlish Limited is the controller of the limited personal data described below.

2. Who may use Blomino

You must be old enough under the law of your country to agree to these terms. If you are not, you may only use Blomino with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your licence to use Blomino

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Blomino for your own non-commercial entertainment. We keep all rights in the game, including its code, artwork, sounds and name.

You must not copy, sell, rent or redistribute Blomino or any part of it.

This licence ends if you break these terms, or when you delete the app.

4. Advertising

Blomino is free and is funded by advertising. We use Google AdMob to show banner and full-screen ads.

Ads are supplied by Google and its advertising partners, not by us. We do not choose, review or endorse individual ads, and we are not responsible for the products, services or websites they lead to.

5. What data is collected

We do not run any servers and we do not collect anything ourselves. The game does not send us any information about you.

What stays on your device. Blomino saves your high score, sound and vibration settings, chosen theme, tutorial progress and any game in progress in a file on your device. This file never leaves your device and we never see it. Deleting the app deletes it.

What Google's advertising SDK collects and shares. To serve ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following with Google:

DataWhat it isUsed for
Advertising identifier A resettable ID your device provides (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) Advertising, fraud prevention
IP address Sent with every internet request; can be used to estimate your approximate (city-level) location Ad delivery, security
App interactions Events such as app opens, taps and ad views Advertising, measurement
Diagnostics Technical performance information such as load times Reliability of the ads

Google encrypts this data while it is in transit.

Google Analytics. Blomino also uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used — for example, how many people play and whether they come back. This information is collected and processed by Google on our behalf.

6. Who your data is shared with

Google is the only third party. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else. Google's own handling of the data above is governed by its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

If we ever add another advertising or analytics provider, we will update this document before that version of the app is released.

7. International transfers

Google processes the data above on servers outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards Google puts in place, such as standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum to them.

8. Why this is lawful (UK and EEA)

9. How long data is kept

We keep nothing, because we receive nothing. The on-device save file lasts until you delete the app. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's own retention practices, described in its privacy policy.

10. Your choices and rights

Two controls are always available to you, on any device:

If you are in the UK or the EEA you also have the right to ask for access to your personal data, and to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, to object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. In practice we hold no data to give you, so most requests will need to be directed to Google — but write to us at [email protected] and we will respond within one month and help where we can.

You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

11. Children

Blomino is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through Blomino, contact us and we will act on it.

12. Links to other services

Ads and other parts of Blomino may lead to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

13. Blomino is provided "as is"

We work to keep Blomino running well, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw Blomino, in whole or in part, at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use Blomino. Nothing in this document limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

14. Changes to this document

We may update this document. The date at the top always shows the current version. Where a change requires your consent, you will be asked again in the app.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there where local law allows.

16. Region-specific terms

United Kingdom and European Economic Area

Where personalised advertising relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You may do so by refusing or changing your answer in the consent screen shown in the app, and by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings as described in section 10.

California, United States

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, sharing the advertising identifier and related information with Google for advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money.

You have the right to know what is collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of that sharing, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. To opt out, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Everywhere else

If the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights apply in addition to this document.
